Terms & Conditions

Once a commission tier has been achieved, the applicable commission rate will be applied to all eligible net sales generated during that calendar month.

5. Eligible Sales

 

Commission is payable only on orders that:

• Have been successfully completed.

• Have been paid in full.

• Have not been cancelled, refunded, or returned.

• Are placed through the official Company website.

• Use the affiliate’s assigned discount code.

Commission is calculated based on the net invoice value, excluding shipping charges, taxes (where applicable), and any refunded amounts.

​

6. Non-Eligible Sales

 

Commission will not be paid for:

• Cancelled orders.

• Refunded or returned orders.

• Internal company purchases.

• Complimentary products or free gifts.

• Purchases made by the affiliate using their own discount code.

• Orders generated through fraudulent or deceptive activities.

• Transactions adjusted due to pricing errors or unauthorized discounts.

The Company reserves the right to exclude any transaction that is suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other violations of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Commission Payment

 

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month.

​

Commission payments will be made by the 10th day of the following month, subject to verification of all eligible transactions.

​

The minimum commission payout is Rp100,000. Any unpaid balance below this amount will automatically roll over and accumulate until the minimum payout threshold has been reached.

​

If a refund, cancellation, or adjustment occurs after commission has been paid, the Company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future commission payments.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

 

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote Essentia Apothecary honestly and professionally.

• Maintain the reputation and integrity of the brands.

• Provide accurate product information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct marketing activities ethically and responsibly.

​

Affiliates must not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

• Claim that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless expressly authorised by the Company and permitted under applicable laws.

• Misrepresent themselves as employees or official representatives of the Company.

• Alter official product pricing without written approval.

• Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices.

9. Intellectual Property

 

Affiliates may use the Company’s logos, product images, promotional materials, and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting Essentia Apothecary and Anin Perfumery products.

​

Affiliates may not:

• Modify Company logos or branding.

• Create materials that could mislead customers into believing they represent the Company.

• Use copyrighted materials outside the scope of this Affiliate Program.

​

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the Company.

​

10. Compliance with Advertising & Cosmetic Regulations

 

Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and cosmetic regulations.

​

Affiliates may only use product descriptions, claims, and marketing materials that have been approved or provided by the Company.

​

The Company reserves the right to request the removal or correction of any content that does not comply with Company guidelines or applicable laws.

​

11. Verification & Audit

 

The Company reserves the right to verify all affiliate sales, customer orders, payment records, and promotional activities before approving commission payments.

​

Fraudulent transactions or suspicious activities may result in delayed payments while investigations are conducted.

​

12. Suspension or Termination

 

The Company may suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately if the affiliate:

• Commits fraud or attempts to manipulate commissions.

• Provides false information.

• Uses deceptive marketing practices.

• Damages the Company’s reputation.

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.

• Remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.

Termination does not affect the Company’s right to recover commissions paid on fraudulent transactions.

​

13. Relationship Between the Parties

 

Participation in this Affiliate Program does not establish an employment relationship.

​

Affiliates are independent marketing partners and are not entitled to:

• Salary or wages.

• Employee benefits.

• Health insurance.

• Pension or retirement benefits.

• Paid leave.

• Any other employment-related entitlements.

​

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax obligations unless otherwise required by law.

​

14. Program Changes

 

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, commission structure, discount rates, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

​

Reasonable notice will be provided whenever practicable.

​

15. Final Decision

 

The Company’s decisions regarding affiliate approval, commission calculations, transaction validity, suspected fraud, program eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.

By joining the Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
